WHO WE ARE (ABOUT US)

My name is Doug “Chip” Carmack. I grew up in West Palm Beach and have lived in Palm Beach Gardens for the last 16 years. Other than going away for college, I have lived my entire life in Floida. I started in the swimming pool business over 19 years ago in 1988. I started a swimming pool service company and grew it to over 300 clients. I also owned a swimming pool retail store in Jupiter for 4 years. Along the way, I learned many things about old pools, new pools, and new contruction of pools, as well as MBA coursework from Nova Southeastern University. My specialized talents are automated controls (installation and repair), electrical, water hydraulics, and leak detection. I am married to a beautiful, Peruvian woman and have an adorable, curious toddler named Zachary. I am the organizer and scheduler.

My partner Raymond Adserballe literally “grew up” in the pool business. His father Canute, owned a pool business in Mass.  but moved his family to Jupiter, Florida to take advantage of the year-round swimming weather that this area has to offer. When Raymond was 6, his father started and grew a very successful service company called Pool Control. With over 1800 customers, Raymond learned constantly and became very proficient with leak detection and plumbing, as well as general pool repairs. He has two beautiful children names Wyatt and Emily.

Together, Raymond and I make a great team. We live and work in the north end of Palm Beach County, but we also go to Wellington, Royal Palm, Singer Island, and the island of Palm Beach. We would be happy to help you in any way that we can. Happy Swimming.
